This power valve is a 2-stage valve with a first stage opening at 10.5 Hg and a second stage opening at 5.5" Hg. It supplies additional fuel to the main system during heavy load or full power situations and allows an optimal amount of fuel through the carburetor for increased torque and higher speeds.
